Troubleshooting a declined payment...
There are several different variables that can cause you're payment to decline. Please ensure the following:
✔ Make sure you entered the correct card number, expiration date & security code.
✔ Make sure you have sufficient funds in your bank account.
✔ Make sure your billing address matches the billing address associated with your credit / debit card.
✔ If using PayPal, make sure your default PayPal payment method is the correct Payment method you intend to use. PayPal may use your PayPal balance, but PayPal may also attempt to charge a card associated with your PayPal account instead of your PayPal deducting funds from your balance.
✔ If everything looks good on your end, but your card still declines, contact your bank and let them know you're having issues making a online purchase.
✔ Alternatively, try a different payment method.
